Personal Ops

A private planning assistant for a single user.

Personal Ops keeps one person’s task planner in one place. Tasks are held in a private Asana project and mirrored into that same person’s Google Tasks, so the day’s work can be checked off from a phone and stays consistent everywhere.

What it does

• Mirrors tasks scheduled for today or the current week into Google Tasks, with a due date.
• Reads back the tick: completing a task on the phone closes it in the planner.
• Rolls unfinished work forward each morning and counts how often a task has slipped.

Who it is for

One person — its author. It is not a product, has no sign-up, and is not offered to other users.

Privacy

The application reads and writes only the Google Tasks of the account that authorised it. Full details are in the privacy policy.
